Do you support composting and growing food at churches and the Bronx?
Help us continue offering our community an opportunity to divert their food waste from landfills.
Your donations will help build three new compost bins that are still needed, secure the site from critters, and purchase the tools necessary to process large amounts of food scraps, as well as purchase a cargo bicycle trailer to launch our community’s first Bike Pick-Up Service! Through this campaign, we are seeking to expand our vegetable garden by adding a total of 200 Sq Feet of growing space that will allow us to grow a variety of vegetables, herbs, and leafy greens to respond to the food insufficiency in our community. Prepared meals, boxed, and canned goods are already being distributed on Fridays at 4 PM. |
