We are a small parish of the Diocese of New York of the Episcopal Church of the United States of America. We are also known as the Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States of America. The Episcopal Church is a part of the worldwide Anglican Communion, which is an international association of churches in full communion with the Church of England. Each national or regional church in the Anglican Communion has full autonomy.
In belief, The Episcopal Church represents a "Media Via" or “middle way” between Protestantism and Catholicism. Like Christians everywhere, we believe in Jesus Christ, as expressed in the Apostles’ and Nicene Creeds. We find our sources of authority in Scripture, Tradition, and Reason.
As most churches we depend on our survival on the the generosity of our parishioners and friends for support.

More of Who We Are |
We are an open, affirming, and welcoming church. Not only do we accept and welcome a wide range of theological ideas and thoughts, we also accept and welcome all people. We do not discriminate against anyone or any group for any reason.

Square in Yonkers, Westchester County, New York. Through the
intercession of the Reverend T. James Browne, a visiting priest from the
Diocese of Jamaica, West Indies, the Mediator was established and
incorporated as a parish church on August 15, 1855. Read further...
